Material Introduction: PC Teijin (Japan) LN‑1250G is a flame‑retardant polycarbonate resin. It delivers excellent flame retardancy (UL94 V‑0 rating), good heat resistance, superior electrical insulation and desirable mechanical strength. It is mainly designed for injection‑molding process and widely applied in electronics & electrical industry.

Main Applications

  1. Electronic & Electrical Components: Core application of LN‑1250G. Thanks to its outstanding flame retardancy (UL94 V‑0), it is commonly used for electrical & electronic parts requiring UL94 V‑0 rating, such as switches, relay housings, wire terminals, sockets, etc.
  2. Business‑Machine Components: Internal structural parts and housings for office equipment including printers, copiers and scanners.
  3. Automotive Industry: Although not listed as a direct application for LN‑1250G, Teijin PC grades are available for automotive‑sector applications.
